Several organizations of repute, devoted to promotion of art and culture, prefer to utilize the venue by hiring the prestigious auditorium for conducting programmes.

Apparently, their choice falls on the Auditorium because of its central location, easy accessibility, adequate parking space, spacious lounge, canteen and such other facilities.

The Auditorium is seldom kept vacant. To meet this demand, flexible options are open – whether the hiring organizations would like to utilize Ground floor alone, or Ground Floor + 1st Balcony or the full auditorium. Additional facilities provided include green rooms, Ticket selling counters etc.

For the purpose of the schedule, “Session” shall mean a period not exceeding four hours, which include time for preliminary arrangements and clearances for facilitating the subsequent programmes. Any time in excess of four hours may be allowed subject to availability, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees and subject to appropriate additional charges.

The programmes embrace a variety of events such as Lectures, Discourses, Meetings, Conferences, Sessions, Workshops, Seminars, Film Festivals, Grand Music Programmes of international fame, Cultural shows, as well as Social, Educational, Cultural and recreational activities.
